Why Our Workshops Are Different

Aluminary Arts workshops are not traditional art classes. They are guided creative experiences designed to make art accessible, welcoming, and meaningful.

Many adults carry the belief that they “aren’t artistic.” Our teaching approach is built specifically to remove that fear. Through step-by-step guidance, individual support, and a relaxed studio atmosphere, participants discover that creativity is a skill that can be rediscovered at any age.

Small Group Experience

Each workshop is intentionally limited to a small group so every participant receives individual guidance, encouragement, and thoughtful feedback. This isn’t a lecture-style class — it’s a supported creative environment.

Each session is personally guided by artist and designer Lisa Tollner, whose 30+ year career in visual storytelling, design, and fine art allows her to help students move past intimidation and quickly discover their own creative voice.

The Charity Give-Back

20% of all workshop proceeds are donated to local charitable organizations. By participating, students are not only supporting their own creativity — they are also supporting the community.
