Artwork & Product Sales Policy

Original Artwork & Limited Editions

• All original artwork and limited editions are final sale unless otherwise stated.

• Limited edition artworks may vary slightly due to hand-finishing or printing processes.

 

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Aluminary Arts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you. Please send pictures of the damage.

 

Workshop & Class Policies

Registration

• Workshop spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Full payment is required at registration to secure your seat.

 

Materials

Unless otherwise noted, materials are included in workshop pricing. Any special requirements will be listed in the workshop description.

 

Skill Levels

Workshops are designed to be welcoming to a range of experience levels. Descriptions will specify if a class is beginner-friendly or requires prior experience.

Photography & Media Release Policy

At Aluminary Arts, we love capturing the creative energy of our workshops—the process, the materials, and the beautiful work created in the studio.

By attending a workshop, you grant Aluminary Arts permission to photograph and/or video record you and your artwork during the session. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, email communications, and marketing materials. We are always mindful to represent our guests in a respectful and authentic way.

Prefer not to be photographed?
We completely understand. Please let us know when you arrive, and we will make every effort to ensure you are not included in any photos or videos.

 

Refund Policy

Artwork & Products

• Original artwork and limited editions are non-refundable.

• Refunds for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis (see Artwork & Product Sales Policy).

 

Workshops & Classes

• Refunds are available if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the workshop start date.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Participant Cancellations

• More than 7 days before class: refund or credit available

• Less than 7 days before class: no refund; transfer may be offered at our discretion

 

Aluminary Arts Cancellations

If a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment:

• You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class

 

Code of Conduct

Aluminary Arts workshops are intended to be inclusive, respectful, and encouraging creative spaces.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the experience or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

Accessibility & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own physical comfort and safety during workshops. Please notify us in advance of any accessibility needs so we can do our best to accommodate.
