What This Workshop Is
This Contemporary Watercolor Art Workshop explores modern, intuitive approaches to watercolor that move beyond traditional techniques. You’ll learn how to create loose, expressive compositions using layering, color flow, mark-making, and controlled spontaneity. By the end of two sessions, you’ll complete a finished watercolor artwork that feels fresh, modern, and uniquely yours.
Over 2 guided sessions, you’ll build your artwork step by step—starting with foundational washes and composition, then adding depth, texture, and personal expression—resulting in a finished contemporary watercolor piece you’ll be proud to display.
