What This Workshop Is
In the Abstract Adventures Workshop, let go of expectations and discover the joy of creative exploration in this playful acrylics class. Through color, form and shape, layering, and experimentation, you'll learn how to create expressive abstract paintings that reflect your unique artistic voice. Perfect for artists of all experience levels, this class encourages curiosity, freedom, and the excitement of seeing where the creative process takes you. You'll be surprised how fun being loose and letting go of perfection can be!
During this 3-hour guided session, you’ll learn approachable acrylic techniques including color mixing, brushwork, layering, composition and more. The project is structured so you can follow along easily while still making personal choices in color and style.
By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a finished acrylic painting — and the confidence that you can paint.

This is a single class lasting 3 hrs. Wear casual, comfortable clothing. Many participants feel a little unsure before their first workshop — that’s completely normal, and the sessions are designed specifically so beginners feel comfortable and guided from the very start.
